You also agree that Dronepick has the right to edit, alter or modify the photographs uploaded by you, as deemed necessary.
Photographers are not allowed to share any customer information obtained through Dronepick with any third party, unless express permission is obtained from Dronepick and the customers themselves. Any breach of this rule will result in termination of the photographer’s account with Dronepick.
Dronepick reserves the right to remove any pictures or content that it deems inappropriate, in violation of copyright laws, or in violation of these terms and conditions, without any prior notice or warning. This includes any content that is deemed discriminatory, abusive, or offensive in any way.
Dronepick shall not be liable for any damages, direct or indirect, resulting from the use of its website or services. It is the responsibility of the user to ensure that their use of the website and services is in compliance with all applicable laws.
Dronepick reserves the right to make changes to these terms and conditions at any time, and it is the user’s responsibility to review the terms and conditions regularly to ensure they are aware of any changes.
Dronepick allows vendors to upload their pictures to the site for the purpose of selling their products. By uploading your pictures, you warrant that the pictures are of high quality, accurately depict the product being sold, and do not infringe on any third party’s intellectual property rights.
Dronepick reserves the right to cancel any orders placed by customers if it determines that the pictures uploaded by the vendor are of low quality or do not accurately depict the product being sold.
If a vendor’s order is cancelled due to low quality picture uploads, Dronepick will not be held responsible for any damages incurred by the vendor as a result of the cancellation.
Vendors are solely responsible for ensuring that their picture uploads meet the required standards, and Dronepick reserves the right to terminate the vendor’s account if they repeatedly violate these terms and conditions.
Introduction Payments,
1.1 These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Dronepick’s website and services, which allows photographers to sell their drone photography. By using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms, which form a legally binding agreement between you and Dronepick.
Use of Site

Payments to Photographers
3.1 Dronepick will pay photographers for their photography based on sales, subject to a commission fee payable to Dronepick. (Earnings)
3.2 The commission fee payable to Dronepick may be subject to variation from time to time at Dronepick’s sole discretion, and such variations will be communicated to you. (Stay updated)
3.3 You acknowledge that the payment information displayed in your vendor dashboard may not always be accurate due to payment processing times, delays and or other.
