There are currently significant delays in delivery times due to high demand on all couriers, both nationally and internationally. This is caused by reduced air freight capacity and passenger flights, increased parcel volumes, and hygiene and social distancing requirements in courier networks. Delivery times may take anywhere from 5 to 15 business days, but could potentially take longer. It is important to note that delivery time frames are not guaranteed as the printing company uses third party couriers. If you have a specific deadline, please contact our support team to confirm delivery time frames.

Please ensure that you enter the correct delivery address when placing your order. If you need to update the delivery address, we will try to do so as long as the order has not yet been printed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to change the delivery address and it becomes the customer’s responsibility to either receive the order or place a new order.

If you fail to provide important information for the delivery address, resulting in the order being returned, Dronepick cannot be held responsible. In this case, you will be required to pay an additional delivery fee of $20 to have your order reshipped. If the order is delivered to a local post office and you fail to collect it in a timely manner, it may be returned to the sender and you will need to pay a $20 reshipment fee.

Please note that once an order has been shipped, Dronepick cannot be held liable for any delays caused by the actions of the courier. Dronepick does not offer compensation for shipping delays, including both normal and express shipping. Some countries may also have customs charges, which are the sole responsibility of the customer. If a delivery fails because you do not respond to Customs or refuse to pay the charges, no compensation will be offered.
